Journey to a remote Pu Luong village: Pedal off the beaten path to a secluded village in Pu Luong, where time seems to stand still. Discover hidden waterfalls, trek through bamboo forests, and soak in the serene atmosphere.
Explore Cuc Phuong National Park: Immerse yourself in the rich biodiversity of Cuc Phuong National Park, the oldest national park in Vietnam. Hike through verdant rainforests, spot exotic birds, and encounter endangered primates.
Boat through Tam Coc – Kenh Ga – Trang An:**Glide through a labyrinth of karst formations, hidden caves, and emerald rice fields on a traditional boat in Tam Coc, Kenh Ga, and Trang An. This stunning area is often called “Ha Long Bay on land.”

Day 1: Hanoi – Hoa Binh – Mai Chau (62 km cycling) (B)
After an early breakfast, depart Hanoi by private vehicle for Hoa Binh, a peaceful valley surrounded by dramatic limestone karsts and lush rice fields. Upon arrival, begin your ride through quiet countryside roads, passing traditional White Thai villages, emerald rice paddies, and scenic rural landscapes. Enjoy a relaxing ride to the beautiful Mai Chau Valley, where local life has changed little over the years.
In the evening, experience the warm hospitality of the White Thai people with an overnight stay in a traditional stilt house.

Day 2: Mai Chau – Pu Luong Nature Reserve (Approx. 50 km, including 26 km off-road) (B)
After breakfast, leave Mai Chau behind and cycle towards Co Luong before entering the spectacular trails of Pu Luong Nature Reserve. Today’s ride includes approximately 26 km of exciting dirt roads and village tracks, with no support vehicle access, creating a true adventure through remote mountains, bamboo forests, and hidden Thai villages.
The route finishes with a memorable descent along winding mountain roads into the beautiful valley of Kho Muong. Continue to Don Village or Hieu Village for a relaxing evening.

Day 3: Pu Luong – Ngoc Lac (Approx. 75 km) (B)
Enjoy breakfast in the village before beginning today’s ride through the rolling hills of Thanh Hoa Province. Climb gradually out of Pu Luong before enjoying long descents through peaceful countryside and picturesque farming communities.
The route passes Pho Doan Market and offers beautiful views of terraced rice fields, limestone mountains, and fertile valleys before reaching Ngoc Lac. The final section is mostly gentle riding on quiet rural roads.

Day 4: Ngoc Lac – Cuc Phuong National Park (82 km cycling) (B)
After breakfast, begin riding along the historic Ho Chi Minh Trail, following quiet rural roads through peaceful villages, rice fields, limestone hills, and beautiful mountain scenery. Most of today’s route uses back roads with very little traffic, making for an enjoyable and relaxing ride.
Upon arrival at Cuc Phuong National Park, Vietnam’s oldest national park, visit the Endangered Primate Rescue Center and the Turtle Conservation Center, where rare native species are protected. In the late afternoon, enjoy a short guided walk through the ancient rainforest as the forest comes alive at sunset.
Dinner and overnight at Cuc Phuong Park Guest House, located in the heart of the national park.

Day 5: Cuc Phuong – Hoa Lu – Trang An – Hanoi (40 km cycling) (B)
Wake up to the unforgettable sounds of wild gibbons calling through the forest. After breakfast, there is time to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of Cuc Phuong before cycling on quiet country roads toward Kenh Ga and the spectacular Trang An Landscape Complex.
On arrival, enjoy a relaxing 2-hour traditional sampan boat trip, gliding through crystal-clear rivers, limestone caves, and dramatic karst mountains in one of Vietnam’s most beautiful UNESCO World Heritage landscapes.
After lunch, transfer by private vehicle back to Hanoi, where your cycling adventure concludes.
